The General Assembly of the CCS, which is the supreme body of the organization, consists of 31 members. The General Assembly elects the Executive committee, a team of seven representatives including President, Secretary General, Treasurer and four Executive Members for a term of three years. The Executive Committee is responsible for providing strategic and policy direction and overall management of the organization. The Executive Committee also constitutes a Management Committee and an Advisory Committee. The Management Committee member of the organization is President, Secretary General, Treasurer, Executive Director and all project coordinators of the CCS projects; and it provides operational leadership to different projects. The Advisory Committee supports and advises to the Executive Committee in technical and policy matters. CCS has its own fully equipped office building at the heart of Dhangadhi municipality in Kailali district. Altogether 93 staffs are currently working in the different projects of CCS out of them 44 are female and 49 are male. Organization has own building with 8 Rooms including Meeting hall and Library Room and posses its own land in Dhangadhi and Attariya municipality.
